What do I do if I have lost my Membership Card?

You can purchase a replacement card for $5 from any of our Parks as you are travelling around.

I would like to become a Member of Top Parks how do I do this?

You can join online by clicking here and following the steps. You can join by calling our Head Support Office during Adelaide office hours on 1300 061 811, or by visiting any of our Member Parks as you are travelling.

My Membership has expired – what options do I have?

You can renew your card by clicking here and following the prompts. You can renew at any of our Member Parks as you are travelling around or by calling our Head Support Office during Adelaide office hours on 1300 061 811.

What do I do if I am about to travel and haven’t received my Card?

If you have joined online you will receive an automatic email with your card number. If your card hasn’t arrived before you travel, please take a copy of this email with you to show on arrival at a Park to obtain your 10% discount (up to $40).

How do I update my Contact Details?

You can update your contact details by clicking here or by calling our Head Support Office during Adelaide office hours on 1300 061 811.

Will I still receive my discount if I do not present my Membership Card?

You need proof of membership to receive the discount which must be presented on arrival at the Park. You can provide proof of membership in different forms. This may include, but not limited to, a photograph of the card on a phone/App or official correspondence from Top Parks Head Office with membership details. If you do not have proof of membership with you while travelling you can purchase a replacement card at a Park on arrival for a fee of $5 or by calling our Head Support Office during Adelaide office hours on 1300 061 811.

Can I list both mine and my partner’s name on the Membership Card?

Yes you can.

How do I purchase a Gift Voucher?

Gift Vouchers are available in $20 and $50 denominations and are valid for 36 months. Top Parks Gift Vouchers can be used to pay for any site or accommodation costs at any of our Parks around Australia. Click here to order now.

How long until I receive my Gift Voucher?

Please allow up to 10 days to receive your vouchers which are sent by registered mail with Australia Post.

What is a Superior or Deluxe Cabin?

A Superior or Deluxe cabin includes a main bedroom, one or more other bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Bedding may include bedspreads, quilt covers, blankets or continental quilt, sheets, linen and pillows - all in good condition. Other items included may be tea/coffee making facilities, entertainment units (eg: TV, DVD, CD etc), dining facilities, lounge type seating R/C air conditioner or heating/cooling.

What is a Standard Ensuite Cabin?

A Standard Ensuite Cabin includes bedrooms and bathrooms. Other items included may be tea/coffee making facilities, entertainment units (eg: TV, DVD, CD etc), dining facilities, lounge type seating R/C air conditioner or heating/cooling.

What is a Standard Non Ensuite Cabin.

A Standard Non Ensuite Cabin includes only bedrooms and no bathroom. Bathroom is a shared communal ablution block. Other items included may be tea/coffee making facilities, entertainment units (eg: TV, DVD, CD etc), dining facilities, lounge type seating R/C air conditioner or heating/cooling.
